Our automated address validation system will send out an email if you have ordered with a shipping address that either doesn't exist or without a house or unit number.
You can confirm or update your shipping for the order by following these instructions:
Step 1 : Open the email asking for an address confirmation.
Step 2 : Click on the button "Update or Confirm address" in your body email to open the address confirmation page.
Step 3: Please confirm your address by clicking on the "Yes, address is correct" button or the "No, I will update address" if you need to update it.
Step 4: Enter your correction on the corresponding fields and click on the button "Update shipping address" to save the changes.
Note that updating an address this way only works for the current order and will not change your address details within our database. In addition, you won't be able to change the state of the shipping address through this method.
