As soon as your order is packaged up and a label is created, you will be emailed a notice that your order is on it way. At that point, we are waiting for the postal carrier to come get your package. You will be able to track your order by clicking the Track Shipment box in the email sent to you. It will show the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date from the carrier.
Alternatively, go to your Account page to check the Order Status. Or you can click on the Help section on the bottom right corner and click on the Find an Order button then enter your Order Number with "IBK-" followed by the numbers and then the associated email address.
